Help Wanted!

Blessings, Darlings!

As you might recall, I did a 6 month series on Life Wellness this year.  And I posted links to it on Twitter, using health-related hashtags only.  I didn't specifically try to get the attention of Pagans by #pagan-ing it.  I'm wondering if I should have then, and if I shCeould do it now for health/diet/weight loss posts now.

I'd love to get some feedback on this!  Will the #pagan #wicca hashtag get me more READERS WHO CARE, or not, in your opinion?  Clearly, Wiccans have a reputation of being 'women of a certain size', but that's true of ALL American women right now.

What say ye?

Frondly, Fern

  1. Darlings, there have been 18 hits on this post, and NO ONE has commented. I'm begging, y'all. Should I hashtag diet/wellness/recipes with #pagan or not?

  2. If they are natural health tips, especially involving herbs, then tag it with pagan tags. If it's just general stuff, maybe not. Then again, I personally would tag it with everything I possibly could, to get a wider audience. The more keywords, the better.

  3. Yes, tag it with #pagan at least and whatever else fits in with the post. Blogs by Pagans don't have to be about the latest pretty witchy gadgets and spells.

People of other faiths share blog posts about their lives. So, I think it's nice to connect with other Pagans through our everyday experiences.

  4. I rarely use the tags function to look for posts, so it wouldn't matter to me, but it might garner you a few new readers. And what harm can it do? I say go for it.
